Antiquum Farm geese range free on pasture and vineyards year-round, ingesting a diverse a natural diet. Our birds are vastly different from a commercially available goose including anything you can find in your local butcher's shop. They are leaner and infinitely more flavorful than what is available in the market. Our grass-fed geese are a rare treat from a culinary standpoint. They grace our family table as anything from an elegant Dickensian feast, goose breast prosciutto, or Juel Hagen's amazing goose carnitas.
